Meet Your Yoga Coach
My name is Michelle, and I discovered yoga over 20 years ago. I struggled to find a yoga style that truly resonated with me, which led to inconsistency in my practice. Despite this, I persevered and continued to show up. It wasn't until a few years ago that I rediscovered my passion for yoga. I committed to practicing every day and fell deeply in love with it. This newfound love inspired me to become a yoga instructor so that I could share my passion with others. Through yoga, I realized that I was lacking self-love, preventing me from setting healthy boundaries and leaving unhealthy relationships. It allowed me to unapologetically embrace my true self and understand my worthiness of genuine love, which starts from within. Yoga also enabled me to connect with my sensuality through movement and music. I aspire to impart my passion and love to you, guiding you on a journey to rediscover yourself and embody your sensuality and power through yoga.
